This set of handouts was created to go along with my virtual Cut It Out workshop. It includes 52 pages of images and information about using die cutting machines such as Silhouette and Cricut to create stencils for dynamic ceramic surfaces. This comprehensive handout covers multiple topics related to digitally cut stencils including what machine is right for you, cutting machines, tools and materials, design and cutting considerations, as well as cutting and applying stencils. In addition, it includes my preferred settings for cutting over a dozen materials. Settings are included for both the Cameo and Cricut Maker.
